1)Learners will be able to distinguish subtypes of carcinomas by molecular signature in addition to morphology.

2) Learners will understand the important parameters to document in surgical pathology reports with insight into how the documented information will impact clinical care.

3) Learners will learn to actively engage with the clinical colleagues in order to effect and collaborate on patient care plans and suggest/understand care planning based upon a deeper knowledge tumor biology.
