Viral Hepatitis Biopsy Assessment in the Treatment Era: The Beijing Classification

Patient had a previous history of uterine bleeding which was attributed to leiomyomas for which she underwent embolization of the myomas. Endometrial biopsy was performed. The biopsy showed a high-grade sarcoma arising in the right anterior endocervix with primitive, rhabdoid and heterologous elements (cartilage), findings of immunohistochemical studies are most consistent with rhabdomyosarcoma, favor embryonal subtype.
